LifeReplay · Powerful Thinking, Inc.

A thoughtful place for your stories.

Effective October 4, 2026

These terms govern LifeReplay, operated by Powerful Thinking, Inc. By creating an account or submitting a contribution, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Using LifeReplay

You must be at least 18 to create an account or contribute. Keep your account credentials and contribution links secure, provide accurate account information, and use the service lawfully. Do not upload harmful software, exploit another account, bypass usage limits, impersonate another person, or submit content that violates someone else’s rights.

Your content stays yours

You keep your rights in the photographs, recordings, videos, and words you submit. You give Powerful Thinking, Inc. permission to store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide LifeReplay, create the replays and optional transcripts you request, and share them according to your choices. You must have permission from relevant rights holders and, where required, the people whose information or likeness you share.

Stories made together

When you contribute to a project, its organizer can review your submission and include approved content in a replay. Organizers are responsible for deciding who receives invitations and viewing links. Anyone with a viewing link can watch and save the replay. Contributors can withdraw their submissions; already downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Share private links with care.

Plans and payments

Free use is limited by the allowances displayed in the project. Uploads and exports can also pause temporarily when shared service capacity is full. A project allowance does not guarantee uninterrupted processing availability. Any paid plan must display its price, included allowances, and payment terms before checkout. Paid upgrades are not available during the initial private testing period, and no payment is required to test a free story. LifeReplay will not charge you merely for creating an account.

Keeping and removing memories

Download independent copies of important originals and finished replays. LifeReplay is a creation and sharing service, not a guarantee of permanent preservation or uninterrupted availability. You can delete projects or your account through settings. We may restrict or remove content or access where needed to address misuse, security issues, rights complaints, or legal obligations.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but errors, interruptions, and failed processing can occur. Check a replay before relying on or sharing it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will meet every particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and questions

Features and these terms may change as LifeReplay develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact details where appropriate. See Help for product guidance and Privacy for information requests.
